Trevi Fountain: looking from the photo
Looking at my previous blog post, I am now realizing that there was so much more detail than I gave credit to when recalling Trevi Fountain from memory. There were windows and tiny specific parts of craftsmanship in the carved stone that are so impeccable that its hard to imagine humans creating something that looks like it is fictional.
What I did get right was the water. It is so beautiful and gives movement to an otherwise stagnant piece of art. I wish I would have went closer to the fountain, but hopefully I will have time to go back one day while I am here to appreciate the detail even more.
